Core PCE came in at 0.18% m/m for Oct.

Y/Y still within the comfort zone at 1.9%.

Personal spending up only 0.2%; flat to down in real terms.

Not a good start to Q4, tracking for less than 1% GDP gwth.

Income gwth also weak at 0.2%, with wage and salary income up 0.1%.
